HIRING TUTOR FOR ALL SUBJECTS AND EXPERTISE 

Job Description: We are currently seeking to hire instructors to teach Reading & Writing/Grammar and Math to elementary, middle, and high school students.

1 Special Education teachers for Math (PreK-3)

1 Special Education teachers for Math (4-8)

1 Special Education teacher or tutor for Reading & Writing (Prek-3)

1 Special Education teacher or tutor for Reading & Writing (4-8)

1 Regular Education teachers/or tutor for Math (PreK-3)

1 Regular Education teachers or tutor for Math (4-8)

1 Regular Education teachers for Math (9-12)

1 Regular Education teachers for Reading and Writing (Pre K-3)

1 Regular Education teachers for Reading and Writing (4-8)

 

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one tutoring to students

• Offer assistance with developing study strategies

• Work with the tutee to develop a tutoring plan that fits the student’s individual needs

• Prepare tutoring sessions to ensure the tutee’s academic development

• Assess the tutee’s progress throughout tutoring sessions

 

 

Qualifications:

• At least one to two years of teaching or tutoring experience.

• Demonstrate knowledge and competence in the subject matter

• Enjoy tutoring the subject for which services are being provided

• Be able to explain concepts to others effectively

• Effectively communicate study strategies to ensure academic success

• Exhibit patience and positive attitudes in establishing an encouraging learning environment.

• Possess good organizational skills and complete paperwork in a timely manner

• Have good interpersonal skills 

• Work comfortably with people from diverse backgrounds

• Tutors must pass background check in order to work as In-Home tutor

Additional Information: Salary is negotiable based on experience
